Phoenix Creek is a family-based venue and visitors are asked to neighbourly and respectful of other visitors. We have zero tolerance of drunken, drug-affected, rude, socially unacceptable or violent behaviour and have simple rules such as no excessive noise or engines late at night.

  • Unnecessarily loud motorcycles cannot be ridden here – see below.
  • We have a zero-glass policy with zero tolerance.
  • Riders must have all the gear, head to toe – see below.
  • We are a family-only venue – no kids riding in your group, no riding.
  • No quad bikes, trikes, karts, buggies or ATVs, period.

In the interest of safety, a Visitor Induction Course is mandatory for ALL first-time Park users and an indemnity form will need to be signed by visitors 18 years old and over upon entry to the Park. Identification is required for all adult persons.

Indemnity forms for minors will need to be signed by a parent / guardian. Unaccompanied minors will be refused entry. Parents / guardians must supervise minors at all times.

The Visitor Induction Course will take approximately 15 minutes (Fees Apply).  Please be patient and allow additional time when visiting for the first time.

Visitors should bring adequate food and water with them.  There are no potable water or onsite power facilities.

Any size motocross, enduro, or trail bike is allowed to be ridden - the only restriction is that your bike must have an effective muffler complying to the 94 (4T) or 96 (2T) decibel Motorcycling Australia (MA) noise limit. Please note that bikes deemed unacceptably noisy by management will not be allowed to be ridden, so please make sure it complies. A rule of thumb to follow here is that any well maintained/packed stock muffler on a modern off-road motorcycle should comply.

Full-size bikes can only be ridden on the seniors track but junior-size bikes can be ridden on both the kids and seniors tracks, regardless of rider age.

No Quad Bikes, Trikes, ATV’s, Karts and Buggies of any capacity at Phoenix Creek.

Phoenix Creek is a family motocross park, and we cater only to families. The rule regarding adult riders is simple - No kids riding, no riding. Some exceptions may apply, however these need to be approved by management prior to arriving. Examples might be: families with kids that don't/can't ride, mature couples/singles without kids, those in the VMX (vintage motocross) scene etc. Not sure? Give us a call.

Minimum riding gear: AS1698 approved helmet or equivalent, eye protection, gloves, (at least) over-the-ankle sturdily constructed leather boots, full length clothing (no exposed skin except neck area). No shorts, t-shirts, sneakers etc. This is the minimum required gear and anyone with less than this will not be able to ride any bike for any reason.

Camping is basic. We provide only:

  • An unpowered campsite.
  • Designated fireplaces. Firewood can be purchased onsite.
  • Clean Toilets (separate male and female). There are NO shower facilities (BYO).

No arrivals to the park after 8:00 PM. If you will be arriving at the park after 6:00 PM or dusk please phone management in advance so that reception arrangements can be made. Gates will reopen at 7:30 AM the next day.
